Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Mittenwood on devices you own or control. The game and all of its content — artwork, characters, music, sound, text and code — remain the property of the developer.
What you may not do
- Copy, redistribute or resell the game or its assets.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Use the game's artwork or characters in your own products.
Purchases
The game offers one optional monthly membership that unlocks every world, including worlds added later. It renews automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your App Store or Google Play account. Billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google under their terms; refunds are handled by them, not by us. The membership is placed behind a grown-up gate.
Nothing is switched off if you never subscribe: the first two worlds are complete and free, and anything your child has already rescued or built stays on the device even after a membership ends.
For parents
The game contains no advertising, no chat, no social features and no data collection. A daily play-time limit is available in the pause panel. When the limit is reached the game does not shut down; it shows a calm screen and leaves the decision to add more time to the grown-up.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working on supported devices, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version always lives at this address with its date.
